- Cancellation requests will be processed in the order in which they are received.
- We cannot guarantee we will be able to process your cancellation request before your order has begun processing.
- If a cancellation request is placed after an order has begun processing we may not be able to cancel the order.
- All refunds will be processed within ten business days after a completed cancellation.
- If the cancellation is placed after the order has been shipped, the customer must contact us for a return authorization first; however the unopened package must be accepted by the customer and then returned at the customer's expense. An additional 20% restocking fee will apply as well.

Customers Claiming Non Receipt of Product (s)
- If you feel that there is a discrepancy with your order (i.e. non receipt of product or wrong product received), you must contact a customer service representative within 24 hours from the date your package is received. We will research the discrepancy and contact you with a resolution.

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee only if the product has not been opened and the protective seal is still in place.
For Internet Customers Only:
- 100% money back guarantee covers the price of the Complete Control System only and is limited to ($200.00) two hundred US dollar maximum refund per customer. Shipping and handling costs are not eligible for a refund.
- Our guarantee is contingent on you contacting customer service representative within 5 days after receipt of product(s) if no noticeable improvement is realized or if the problem is getting worse. This would allow your customer service representative to make adjustments in the regimen.
- Guarantee is only valid if both the mattress and box spring encasings are being used for the same bed. It is not valid for platform beds, waterbeds or waterbed frames, captains beds, or sleigh beds.
- Customers who receive free products in lieu of a return are not eligible for a refund.
- We are not responsible for self-diagnosis or misdiagnosis. We guarantee our products to work only for the ailment it was intended for; therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to properly diagnose their infestation.
- There is a 20% restocking fee for returns if the package has not been opened.
- Products not eligible for our 365-day money back guarantee are eligible for return only within 30 days of receipt.
- All refunds will be processed in the manner they were charged. Refunds are processed once the items have been received and the process will take 30 business days. If the original method of payment has been closed, we require proof in order to process a refund in an alternative form.
- If you are eligible for a refund, you must contact us to obtain return authorization.
- Returned packages without return authorization will not be accepted and refunds will not be processed. These products are discarded after 5 days once they reach our facility. If you would like your products returned, you must pay for the return postage.
- Unused portion of the product with container must be returned for credit to be issued. No refund or credit will be issued for empty containers.
- To ensure that your returned product is not lost or damaged, we strongly recommend sending the products back to us via Certified Mail. If we do not receive the product back and the customer does not have proof that the product was returned, we cannot issue a refund. Valid proof of return for a product includes delivery confirmation or signature.
- We are not responsible for allergic reactions to our products.
- Our "Money Back Guarantee" is good on the most recent purchase only up to $200.00 USD.
- Our "Money Back Guarantee" does not include: commercial businesses, professional entities or institutions such as medical facilities, or nursing homes.
- The use of multiple treatment programs while using our products and regimens for the same ailment can also make our guarantee void because other chemicals can deactivate our formula.
- For shipments to Canada all brokerage, duties, and taxes are the sole responsibility of importer.
